Radiator Support: Service and Repair

RADIATOR SUPPORT

REMOVAL

1. Open hood.
2. Remove engine compartment supports.
3. Remove bolts holding radiator support to headlamp mounting bracket.
4. Remove bolts holding radiator support to frame.
5. Remove radiator support, radiator support bar and shims from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Radiator support shim's nut hole must be positioned outboard. The other hole is for the engine compartment support.

1. Position radiator support, bar and shims on vehicle.
2. Install bolts to hold radiator support to frame.
3. Install bolts to hold radiator support to headlamp mounting bracket.
4. Install engine compartment supports.
