Blower Motor: Service and Repair

BLOWER MOTOR AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL
The blower motor is located on the bottom right side of the heater-A/C housing. The blower motor can be removed from the vehicle without having to remove the heater-A/C housing assembly.
1. Remove right side scuff plate.
2. Pull back carpet.
3. Disconnect blower motor wiring connector.

4. Remove three blower motor retaining screws.
5. Lower blower motor assembly from unit housing.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the blower motor assembly in the unit housing.
2. Install the three retaining screws.
3. Connect the wire harness connector.
4. Position the carpet.
5. Install the left side scuff plate.
