SYMPTOM
WIPER NOT WORKING IN THE HIGH SPEED

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiper high/low relay
- Multi-function switch high switch open
- Wiper high/low relay control circuit shorted to voltage
- Wiper high/low relay control circuit open
- Fused B(+) circuit open
- High speed output circuit open
- High speed output shorted to ground
- BCM
- Wiper motor - high speed relay
