Variable Induction Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Short Runner Valve:

2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the short runner valve.

Solenoid Link Removed:

3. Remove the link from short runner valve lever.
4. Remove the 4 bolts.

Short Runner Valve Solenoid Removed:

5. Remove short runner valve.


INSTALLATION
1. Install short runner valve.
2. Install the 4 bolts and tighten.
3. Install the link to short runner valve lever.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the short runner valve.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
