Variable Induction Control Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL - 2.7L
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect electrical connector (Fig. 21).

3. Remove manifold tuning valve mounting screws. Remove tuning valve (Fig. 22).

INSTALLATION - 2.7L
1. Install tuning valve. Tighten mounting screws to 11.9 Nm (105 in. lbs.) torque.
2. Install electrical connector.
3. Connect negative battery cable.
