Left Multi-Function Switch

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
3. Remove the upper steering column shroud.
4. Disconnect the instrument panel wire harness connector from the switch.
5. Remove the two screws that secure the left multi-function switch to the housing.
6. Remove the left multi-function switch from column and vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the left multi-function switch onto the housing.
2. Install the two screws to the left multi-function switch. Torque the screws to 2.5 Nm (22 in. lbs.).
3. Reconnect the instrument panel wire harness connector to the switch.
4. Install the lower steering column shroud .
5. Install the upper steering column shroud . Torque screws to 1.9 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
6. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
7. Verify vehicle and system operation.
