Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head-Bolts
Tighten fasteners in sequence shown in (Fig. 108)
Non-PZEV engines to
23 Nm (200 inch lbs.).
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head-Bolts
Tighten fasteners in sequence shown in (Fig. 109)
PZEV engines tighten bolts to
23 Nm (200 inch lbs.).
Repeat this procedure until all fasteners are at specified torque.
Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield-Bolts
12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)
