Air Injection Hose/Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Air Cleaner Inlet Tube:

1. Remove air inlet duct to air cleaner box.

Connector Tube Quick Connect:

2. Squeeze the quick connect on the tube to release it.

Air Pump Tube Connection:

Valve And Connector Hose:

3. Disconnect connector tube at air pump and one way check valve.
4. Remove connector tube, note routing of tube.

1. Route tube.
2. Connect to one way check valve and tube to air pump.
3. Install air inlet duct to air cleaner box.
