The Cylinder head bolts should be examined BEFORE reuse. If the threads are necked down, the bolts should be replaced





First: All 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
Second: All 82 Nm (60 ft. lbs.)
Third: All 82 Nm (60 ft. lbs.)
Fourth: All additional 1/4 Turn

Cylinder head flatness 0.1 mm (0.004 inch)





Intake Manifold Upper-Bolts (Non-Turbo) 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)





Intake Manifold Lower-Bolts (Non-Turbo) 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)





Intake Manifold Upper-Bolts (Turbo)
