Installation






INSTALLATION




1. Position the replacement pedal assembly (5) on the dash and cowl.
2. Install the bolts (2) / nuts (1) and tighten to 14 Nm (125 in. lbs.).
3. Connect the front cable (3) to the arm on the pedal assembly (5).
4. Tighten the front cable grommet (4) to the floor pan and the cable retainer, roll the carpet back.
5. Connect the wires to the brake lamp switch.




6. Install the park brake release rod (1).




7. Install the steering column opening reinforcement.




8. Install the steering column opening cover.




9. Raise the vehicle.
10. Adjust the parking brake cable tensioner (5).
