Installation






INSTALLATION

WARNING: Before servicing the seat back the airbag system must be disarmed. Failure to do so may result in accidental deployment of the airbag and possible personal injury. Refer to restraint systems for service procedures.







DRIVER SEAT 6 WAY

1. For the driver seat illustration.

2. Place the seat back into position on the seat frame assembly (21).

3. Install the outboard seat back bolts (22) and the inboard seat back bolts (13).

4. Install the side airbag harness (21) retainers and the heated seat harness.

5. Install the front inboard shield (8) and the rear inboard shield (9).

6. Install the seat buckle bolt (6) and buckle (7).

7. Install the rear outboard shield (26).

8. Install the recliner handle (23).

9. Install the front outboard shield (27).

10. Install the front seat into the vehicle.


DRIVER SEAT 2 WAY

1. For the driver seat illustration.

2. Place the seat back into position on the seat frame assembly (21).

3. Install the outboard seat back bolts (22) and the inboard seat back bolts (13).

4. Install the side airbag harness (21) retainers and the heated seat harness.

5. Install the inboard shield.

6. Install the seat buckle bolt and buckle.

7. Install the outboard shield.

8. Install the recliner handle (23).

9. Install the seat into the vehicle.


PASSENGER SEAT

1. For the passenger seat illustration.

2. Place the seat back into position on the seat frame assembly.

3. Install the outboard seat back bolts and the inboard seat back bolts.

4. Install the side airbag harness retainers and heated seat harness.

5. Install the inboard shield.

6. Install the seat buckle bolt and buckle.

7. Install the outboard shield.

8. Install the recliner handle.

9. Install the front seat into the vehicle.
