Installation






INSTALLATION
1. Place fender in position on vehicle.





2. From inside engine compartment, start the fender (1) attaching screws (2) to upper rail.





3. Start screws (2) attaching fender (1) to body.





4. Start fender (1) screw (2) to A-pillar.





5. Start fender (1) screws (2) to lower sill panel.





6. Start outboard cowl fender bracket screw.

7. Install fender silencer.

8. With all screws started, check fender for proper alignment. Refer to Body and Frame / Specifications.





9. Tighten all fender screws to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.) torque following tightening sequence.





10. Install applique screw.

11. Install splash shield.

12. Install fascia.
