Installation






4.0L




1. Install starter and hand start mounting bolts.

2. Tighten bolts to 47.4 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).




3. Connect battery and solenoid connections.

4. Clip wiring harness in to bracket.

5. Install cooler lines.

6. Remove engine support.




7. Lower vehicle.

8. Install radiator fan module.

9. Connect radiator fan electrical connector.




10. Reposition purge solenoid and clip into mounting bracket.




11. Install upper radiator support.

12. Install upper radiator mounting bolts.

13. Install LH and RH radiator seals.

14. Install upper radiator seal.

15. Install upper fascia mounting screws.

16. Install engine cover.

17. Connect negative battery cable.
