Removal
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the rear transmission mount to frame bolts.
2.
Remove crossmember.
3.
Remove right halfshaft assembly.
4.
Remove the exhaust from engine.
5.
Remove propeller shaft assembly.
6.
Remove the heat shield.
7.
Remove PTU-to-transaxle mount bracket upper bolts (2).
8.
Remove PTU-to-bracket lower bolts (2).
9.
Roll engine and transmission forward.
10.
Remove PTU (1) from vehicle.
