1. Inspect and replace throttle body gasket if necessary.

2. Install throttle body gasket.

3. Install throttle body.

4. Install 3 throttle body bolts and tighten to 13.6 Nm (120 in. lbs.).




5. Install throttle body mounting stud/bolt and tighten to 13.6 Nm (120 in. lbs.).

6. Install throttle body bracket.

7. Install bracket mounting nut and tighten to 13.6 Nm (120 in. lbs.).




8. Connect electrical connectors and purge line to throttle body.

9. Install the air cleaner box,

10. Install the engine cover.

11. Connect negative cable from battery.

12. A Scan Tool may be used to learn electrical parameters. Go to the Miscellaneous menu, and then select ETC Relearn. If the relearn is not preformed, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be set. If necessary, use a scan tool to erase any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) from PCM.
