Disconnect negative battery cable.

Drain cooling system
Service and Repair.

Remove intake manifold
Intake Manifold - Removal.

Remove
heater hoses from heater tubes.
5.
Remove heater tube mounting bolts.
6.
Remove heater tubes from water pump housing and remove from vehicle.
