Removal

REMOVAL





NOTE: A second person will be needed to support the top once it is in the upright position.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Unlatch the D-ring and place the top in the over-center position.
3. Manually open the rear bow and secure it Convertible Top - Standard Procedure.
4. Manually open the tonneau cover and secure it in the upright position Convertible Top - Standard Procedure.
5. Remove the front portion of the rear bow weatherstrip and position it aside.
6. Remove the main guide retaining clip (1) and pin (2).




7. Remove the 2nd rail front retaining clip (1) and pin (2).




8. Remove the 2nd rail middle retaining clip (1) and pin (2).
9. Remove the 2nd rail and main guide assembly from the top, towards the front of the vehicle.
