Fluid Drain and Fill

FLUID DRAIN AND FILL

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the fill plug (1).
3. Place a suitable drain pan below the drain plug (2). Remove the drain plug (2) and allow the transmission to drain completely.
4. Install the drain plug (2) and tighten to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
5. Remove the drain pan. Fill the transmission with the specified fluid.
6. Install and tighten the fill plug (1) to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
7. Lower the vehicle.
