Installation







INSTALLATION





1. Install solenoid/pressure switch assembly (1) to case using a new gasket (2).




2. Install bolts and torque to 13 Nm (110 in. lbs.).
3. Install 8-way connector and torque screw to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
4. Uncap and install transmission oil cooler lines.




5. Install input speed sensor (1) and torque to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).




6. Install the battery tray (1).




7. Install the battery (1) and hold down clamp.




8. Install air cleaner assembly (1).
9. Connect battery cables.
10. Perform Transaxle Quick Learn Procedure.Quick Learn Procedure
