Removal
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the steering column lower cover (1).
2.
Remove the steering column upper and lower shrouds (1,2).
Ignition Key/Switch Positions 3.
Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" or "ON/RUN" position.
4.
Grasp the interlock cable and connector firmly. Remove the interlock cable (2).
5.
Remove the two interlock mechanism-to-steering column attaching screws (1). Remove the interlock housing (2).
