Engine Block Heater - Description






2.0/2.4L

2.0L/2.4L ENGINE - The heater is mounted in a core hole (in place of a core hole plug) in the engine block, with the heating element immersed in coolant.

2.7L/3.5L ENGINE - The engine block heater is mounted in the engine block, near the right rear corner. The block heater is a dry cylinder design and is powered by 110 volt AC.

CAUTION: The power cord must be secured in its retainer clips, and not positioned so it could contact linkages or exhaust manifolds and become damaged.
