Manifold Tuning Valve
3.5L 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the engine cover.
3.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
4.
Remove the 4 mounting bolts.
5.
Pull manifold tune valve (MTV) straight out of manifold.
6.
Be sure the O-ring (1) is still in place on the MTV shaft. If not, refer to the following step.
7.
If O-ring is not on MTV shaft (from previous step), gently pry it (1) from intake manifold.
