The system utilizes an electro-vac system to control the speed automatically, Figs. 1 through 3. A speed control switch initiates operations to automatic cruising main switch. The vehicle speed sensor sends signals to the computer which signals the actuator that controls the throttle. The vacuum pump operates the actuator and the cancelling switch terminates operation.
