CIRCUIT TEST
1. Perform Intake Air Temperature circuit test.

COMPONENT TEST
1. Disconnect and remove intake air temperature sensor.
2. Immerse end of intake air temperature sensor in water.
3. Measure resistance of intake air temperature sensor and ensure resistance is within specification, Fig. 4.
4. Raise water temperature and ensure intake air temperature sensor resistance remains within specification.
5. Ensure no continuity exists between any terminal and the sensor body.
