Lubricate
    Suspension
      Lubricate fittings if applicable. Lubricate suspension bushings, with grease fittings only.
    Steering
      Lubricate fittings if applicable. Lubricate steering linkage, with grease fittings only.
    Parking Brake System
      Lubricate parking brake mechanism.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate daily if operated in water.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Lubricate body actuating mechanisms.
    Body and Frame
      Lubricate body actuating mechanisms.
    Automatic Transmission/Transaxle
      Lubricate transmission linkage, (on 4-speed OD only, in reverse, engine off).
Inspect/Adjust
    Drive Belt
      Inspect and adjust. Replace as necessary.
Clean
    Carburetor
      Clean choke shaft, fast idle cam and pivots.
Check
    Wheel Stud / Lug Nut
      Check torque on lug nuts, steering linkage and spring clip nuts.
    Power Steering Fluid
      Check fluid level.
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation
      Check PCV system.
    Ignition Rotor
    Ignition Cable
      
    Idle Speed
      Curb idle speed.
    Fluid - Differential
      Check for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
      Light Duty Cycle
    Distributor Cap
    Cooling System
      Check coolant, hoses and clamps.
    Brake Fluid
      Check fluid level.
Adjust
    Band, A/T
      Light Duty Service
Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Also inspect at brake inspection or servicing. Clean and repack front wheel bearings when replacing disc pads. Inspect rear wheel bearings. Repack as required or whenever axles are removed or DANA axle brakes are serviced.
    Hoses
      Inspect fuel and emission hoses.
