Exhaust Gas Recirculation
Vehicles having a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 6,000 lbs. or less (or 8,500 lbs. for trucks sold in California) are equipped with the Chrysler Cleaner Air System, consisting of "Light Duty" emission cycle components, for controlling crankcase, exhaust, and evaporative emissions. While the California vehicles are considered "Medium Duty" in California, they follow the "Light Duty Cycle" maintenance schedule.
