      Lubricate transfer case shift linkage. Check fluid level.

      Lubricate suspension bushings, with grease fittings only.

      Lubricate steering linkage, with grease fittings only.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate daily if operated in water.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Lubricate body actuating mechanisms.
    Body and Frame
      Lubricate body actuating mechanisms.
    Ball Joint
       With grease fittings only.
Inspect/Adjust
    Valve Clearance
      Adjust jet valve only on 2.0L/2.6L engines.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect and adjust. Replace as necessary.
Check
    Power Steering Fluid
      Check fluid level.
    Fluid - M/T
      Check fluid level.
    Fluid - Differential
      Check for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
      Light Duty Cycle
    Cooling System
      Check coolant, hoses and clamps.
    Brake Fluid
      Check fluid level.
Inspect
    Wheel Cylinder
    Wheel Bearing
      Except 44F-BJ & 60F front differentials. Also clean and repack front spindle needle bearings as required & when replacing disc pads. Inspect rear wheel bearings. Repack as required or whenever axles are removed or DANA axle brakes are serviced.
    Exhaust System
    Brake Hose/Line
Replace
    Spark Plug
      Modela without catalytic converters.
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Engine Oil
      If your mileage is less the 7,500 miles a yearly, replace the engine oil filter at each oil change.
