DR-22B Checking Air Supply

This test must be done with a WARM engine.
1. With engine warm and running for more than three minutes, remove upstream air hose from air switching valve.
2. On California models equipped with a 6-225/3.7L engine and manual transmission, raise engine speed to 2000 RPM.
3. Repair or replace air pump if no air flows from upstream air hose. If air does flow, proceed to Step C.
