Removal

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain coolant to intake manifold level or below.
3. Disconnect water hose, if equipped, from mixer nipple.
4. Disconnect air intake pipe from mixer.
5. Disconnect throttle cable from throttle lever on mixer.
6. Disconnect vacuum hoses from mixer nipple.
7. Disconnect electrical connectors from injectors.
8. Disconnect ISC servo and throttle position sensor electrical connectors.
9. Disconnect fuel inlet and return lines from mixer. Disconnect high-pressure fuel line slowly and carefully to relieve residual pressure and prevent fuel discharge.
10. Remove injection mixer attaching bolts and the mixer from intake manifold.
