Carter Model BBD 2 Barrel Carburetor

On 1983 models less Electronic Feedback Carburetor System, the carburetor identification is located on an identification tag that is attached to the carburetor by one of the cover hold down bolts. On 1984 models less Electronic Feedback Carburetor System, the identification number is stamped on the carburetor near the bowl vent nipple. On all models with Electronic Feedback Carburetor System, the identification number is stamped on the step-up piston cover plate.
