SPEED CONTROL SERVO

1. Disconnect speedometer cables at servo, then the vacuum hoses.
2. Disconnect electrical connectors at servo, then remove two attaching nuts from mounting studs.
3. Pull servo from bracket, then the speed control cable from servo.
4. Remove cable to servo retaining clip.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque attaching nuts to 80 inch lbs.

SERVO THROTTLE CABLE ASSEMBLY

1. Remove air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove snap ring, then disconnect cable at retaining clip and at carburetor stud.
3. Disconnect cable at servo.
4. Remove cable assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install.

SPEED CONTROL SWITCH

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect speed control connector at end of steering column, then remove steering wheel.
3. Remove turn signal switch, then the lever attaching screw.
4. Remove steering column cover plate, then remove lead wires and terminals from lower end of speed control switch, using tool No. C-4135.
5. Tape terminals, then pull lever and wires out.
6. Reverse procedure to install. A guide wire will be required to install wiring harness of new speed control switch through steering column opening.
