Idle Speed

IDLE SPEED
Idle speed adjustment is electronically controlled by the Automatic Idle Speed (AIS) Motor and is not adjustable. If idle is outside of specified rpm, or is rough, or unstable, inspect and clean throttle body if deposits are visible. Throttle Body Cleaning

Manual 750 RPM


TORQUE VALUES:
Automatic Idle Speed (AIS) motor mounting screws 2 Nm (17 lb-in)
Filler tube mounting screws 1.9 Nm (17 lb-in)
Fuel filter mounting screw 8 Nm (75 lb-in)
Fuel hose clamps 1 Nm (10 lb-in)
Fuel pressure regulator mounting screws/nuts 7 Nm (60 lb-in)
Fuel tank strap bolts 23 Nm (250 lb-in)
Throttle body mounting screws/nuts 20 Nm (175 lb-in)
Throttle position sensor 2 Nm (17 lb-in)
