Air Bag Control Module: Service and Repair

AIR BAG CONTROL (ACM), REPLACE
1. Disarm air bag as outlined.
Service and Repair


2. Adjust driver's power seat to full forward and upward position, then unplug seat belt switch and power seat adjuster connectors, if equipped.
3. Remove seat riser rear and lift shields, then remove seat riser nuts, seat and riser.
4. Remove ACM trim cover screws and cover.
5. Unplug ACM connectors.
6. Remove ACM mounting screws and ACM.
7. Reverse procedure to install and tighten screws to specifications.
