Electric Load Sensor: Description and Operation
Electric Load Switch Circuit:
LOCATION The Electrical Load Sensing Switch is incorporated within the
Engine Control Module (ECM).
OPERATION Input signals (battery voltage) from the stop light switch, defogger relay and the
tail light relay are detected by the ECM load sensing circuit. The ECM then controls the idle circuits to compensate for the extra load.
