Wiper Will Run Continuously With Switch In Intermittent Position; When Column Switch Is Turned Off Wipers Stop Wherever They Are Without Returning To Park Position

1. Check for ground at wiper motor wire connector terminal four.
2. Using a suitable ohmmeter and with wiper motor in PARK position, check for continuity between terminal one and terminal four of motor connector. If satisfactory proceed to next step. If not satisfactory replace motor.
3. Check for continuity between terminal one of motor wire harness connector and terminal 2 of J3 24-way connector of body controller. Using a suitable voltmeter check for short circuit to battery or ignition feed in this circuit.
