Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair
Throttle Body Connections:
Throttle Body View With Idle Air Control (IAC) Motor:
Removal 1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Disconnect sensor wiring at sensor.
3.
Remove mounting screws (2), and lift sensor off throttle shaft.
Installation 1.
Install sensor and tighten screws to
17 in-lbs (2 Nm).
2.
Connect sensor electrical connector.
3.
Connect negative battery cable.
