Multi-Function Switch

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. On models equipped with tilt wheel, remove tilt lever.
3. Remove knee blocker.
4. Remove upper and lower column covers.
5. Move upper fixed column shroud to gain access to rear of multi-function switch.
6. Remove multi-function switch tamper proof attaching screws.
7. Remove switch from column, loosen connector screw, then remove wiring connector from switch.
8. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque all retaining screws to 17 in-lbs.
b. Torque steering column upper bracket nuts to 9-10 ft-lbs.
