Temperature Control

The Viper Heater-A/C system does not utilize a blend air door system. The temperature is regulated by the use of a water valve in the heater hose line. Constant temperature regulation is difficult to achieve and no temperature regulation is available in the vent or A/C mode. If temperature cannot be adjusted with the TEMP lever on the control panel, the following could require service:
1. Stuck or plugged water valve.
2. Kinked or misrouted temperature control cable.
3. Temperature control cable out of adjustment.
