Test 1:

CLUSTER MESSAGE MISMATCH (STORED)

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test CLUSTER MESSAGE MISMATCH (STORED).

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
After the cluster bulb check the ACM compares the ACM and MIC lamp message. If ACM and the MIC warning lamp state (On or Off) messages do not match within 2 consecutive seconds, the code will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Stored code present
- Stored code has become active
