HEADLAMPS FAIL TO FLASH WITH ALARM TRIPPED

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PDC fuse#15 open
- Low Beam Relay output circuit open
- Repair the fused B+ circuit for an open
- Are the Headlamps operational?
- Headlamp Relay- open
- Headlamp Relay control circuit open
- CTM-headlamps inoperative with alarm
