CARPETS AND FLOOR MATS

REMOVAL

Carpets/mats are retained by interior trim moldings, trim panels and scuff plates (Fig. 3).

1. Remove the protective floor mats.
2. Remove the front seats.
3. Remove the side lower trim panels.
4. Remove the side cargo door header and pillar trim panels.
5. Remove front and side door carpet/mat scuff plates.
6. Remove engine cover.
7. Remove rear cargo door carpet/mat scuff plate.

8. Remove escutcheon for 3 passenger seat (Fig. 4), if equipped.
9. Remove carpets/mats from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Position carpets/mats in vehicle.
2. Install escutcheon for 3 passenger seat (Fig. 4), if equipped.
3. Install the rear cargo door carpet/mat scuff plate.
4. Install the engine cover.
5. Install the front and side door carpet/mat scuff plates.
6. Install the side cargo door header and pillar trim panels.
7. Install the side lower trim panels.
8. Install the front seats.
9. Install the protective floor mats.
