Power Seat Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove the driver side front seat from the power seat adjuster and motors unit.

Power Seat Switch and Bezel Remove/Install:




2. Remove the two screws that secure the power seat switch and bezel unit to the seat from the inside of the seat cushion frame.
3. Pull the power seat switch and bezel unit out from the outside of the seat cushion frame far enough to access the wire harness connector.
4. Using a trim stick or another suitable wide flat-bladed tool, gently pry the locking tabs of the power seat switch unit away from the wire harness connector and carefully unplug the switch from the connector.
5. Remove the two screws that secure the power seat switch unit to the back of the switch bezel.
6. Remove the power seat switch from the bezel.
7. Reverse the removal procedures to install. Tighten the mounting screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
