Power Steering Line/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Siphon the power steering system.
2. Remove the washer bottle.
3. Remove the coupler bolt from the gear to allow more access to the lines.
4. Remove the power steering pressure and return line from the gear.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the power steering pressure and return line to the gear. Tighten lines to 35 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
2. Install the coupler to the gear 49 Nm (36 ft. lbs.)
3. Install the washer bottle.
4. Refill the power steering system.
