REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear trim cover. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Trim Panel, Service and Repair, Rear Door Trim Panel, Rear Door Trim Panel

2. Remove the three blend door actuator screws.
3. Remove the blend door actuator and place aside. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Air Door Actuator/Motor,HVAC, Service and Repair, Blend Door Actuator Replacement, Blend Door Actuator Replacement

4. Remove the two screws from the heater/evaporator tubes plastic retainer.
5. Remove the heater core from the case.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the heater core into the heater-A/C housing.
2. Install the two screws to the heater/evaporator tubes plastic retainer.
3. Install the blend door actuator. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Air Door Actuator/Motor,HVAC, Service and Repair, Blend Door Actuator Replacement, Blend Door Actuator Replacement

4. Install the three blend door actuator screws.
5. Install the rear trim cover. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Trim Panel, Service and Repair, Rear Door Trim Panel, Rear Door Trim Panel
