REAR WIPER ALWAYS ON

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Rear wiper relay
- Rear wiper relay ground circuit shorted to voltage
- Rear wiper relay control circuit shorted to voltage
- Rear wiper motor control circuit shorted to voltage
- Rear wiper switch-A/C heater control
- Central timer module
