Timing Components: Specifications
Timing Belt Interval
Using the alien wrench to prevent the top plate from moving, torque the tensioner lock nut to
30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). Setting notch and spring tang should remain aligned after lock nut is torqued.
Rear Cover
Tighten bolts to
12 Nm (105 inch lbs.).
Front Cover
Tighten bolts to
12 Nm (105 inch lbs.).
Vibration Damper
Tighten bolt to
136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
