INSPECTION PROCEDURE 4: There is no Display.













CIRCUIT OPERATION
The power is constantly supplied to the inside rear view mirror (with compass and temperature display).

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION (COMMENT)
The inside rear view mirror (with compass and temperature display), harness, or connector may be defective.

TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
- Malfunction of the inside rear view mirror (with compass and temperature display)
- Damaged harness or connector





DIAGNOSIS

Check that the indicator illuminates.

1. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" position.
2. Make sure the green indicator on.
3. If it's not, press the display switch for more than 6 seconds, less than 9 seconds, until the indicator illuminates.

Q: Does the indicator illuminate?

YES:Replace the inside rear view mirror.
NO:Refer to Inspection procedure.
