Cylinder Head Bolts





Step 1: Bolts 1-8 27 Nm (20 ft. lb.)
Bolts 9-12 14 Nm (10 ft. lb.)
Step 2: Bolts 1-8 90 degrees
Step 3: Bolts 1-8 additional 90 degrees
Bolts 9-12 26 Nm (19 ft. lb.)

The bolts must be examined BEFORE reuse. If the threads are necked down the bolts should be replaced.

Cylinder Head Warpage (Flatness) 0.0508 mm 0.002 in.

Intake Manifold





Intake Manifold Bolts 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)

Camshaft





Non - Oiled Sprocket Bolt 122 Nm (90 ft. lbs.)
Bearing Cap Bolts 11 Nm (100 inch lbs.)
Half turn increments

Exhaust Manifold Bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
