Installation
INSTALLATIONFigure 1 EGR COOLER COMPONENTS 1.
Install the EGR cooler torque the bolts to
10.8 Nm (44 lb in).

Install the
EGR cooler coolant hoses.
3.
Install the starter.
4.
Install the lower splash shield.

Install the
EGR tube.
6.
Install the pressurized coolant bottle.
7.
Fill the cooling system.
8.
Install the engine cover.
