Removal
REMOVALFigure 1 EGR SYSTEM WITH FLOW CONTROL 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove engine cover.
3.
Disconnect
EGR valve vacuum line (6) at the EGR valve.
4.
Disconnect the flow control valve vacuum line (8) at the flow control valve (1).
5.
Remove the inlet air tube from the
EGR valve (5).
6.
Remove EGR pipe to
EGR valve retaining bolts.
7.
Remove
EGR valve retaining nuts and EGR valve.
